Does the Dr. Speak Spanish?
Yes, the Dr. speaks fluent Spanish. However, our office staff tries to communicate in the best way possible, and at times we have patients that speak only Spanish, and when they come in we ask that they bring an interpreter so that we may be able to optimize and have the most positive office visit.
Does your office see children?
Our office is a Family Practice, however, we see children that are familiar with the Dental settings, surroundings and dental procedures. We never turn children away and always try to accommodate to the fullest. If a child is uncooperative, we have a professional referral relationship with local pediatric doctor's in the area that could see your child about this.
Will I have my Cleaning the same day of my New Patient Examination?
Once we have completed our Greetings and Welcome to you and a tour of our office, we will thoroughly go over your Medical and Dental histories, and then answer any and all of preliminary questions about your dental concerns and Cosmetic Dentistry desires, and your insurance.
Dr. Artaza will then meet you and answer any questions that you may have. We will take all necessary digital x-rays to determine the level of cleaning that you are going to need, then we will schedule you for a date and time that is convenient for you.
